How to request deletion
Option 1 — In the app. If the app has an account, open the app's settings and choose Delete account (where available). This deletes your account and the data associated with it.
Option 2 — Send us a request. Use the request form and include:
- The app name and platform (iOS or Android)
- If the app has an account: the email address or sign-in method you used
- Anything else that helps us find your data, such as a link you shared from the app
Many of our apps do not use accounts and keep your data only on your device. In that case, uninstalling the app or clearing its data (Android: Settings → Apps → the app → Storage → Clear data) removes it.
What we delete
- Your account and profile, if the app has one
- Content you created or uploaded in the app and stored on our servers (for example, lists, comments, or visit records)
- Identifiers and settings stored on our servers that are linked to you
What may be kept
- Information we are required to keep by law
- Aggregated or anonymized statistics that cannot identify you
- Purchase and subscription records, which are held by Apple or Google — manage these in your App Store or Google Play account
- Diagnostic and crash data held by our service providers, which is deleted according to their own retention periods
How long it takes
We will confirm your request by email and complete the deletion within 30 days.
